• An outlook of some description is desirable e.g. views of water / bushland etc

• Prime locations with premium amenities.

• Great quality fixtures and finishes

• Single family homes, penthouses, or great apartments

• Turnkey or minimal renovation, as extensive remodelling can complicate the transition to co-ownership
