They don’t have to be super high-end properties but they do have to have that “wow” factor. Here are some features we are looking for.

• Minimum 2 baths
• Unique features or cool factor; view / proximity to shops and beach etc
• An outlook of some description is desirable e.g. views of water / bushland etc
• Waterfront or ocean views
• Stunning entertaining areas – outdoor living for relaxing
• Prime locations with premium amenities.
• Great quality fixtures and finishes
• Single family homes, penthouses, or great apartments
• Turnkey or minimal renovation, as extensive remodelling can complicate the transition to co-ownership
